I have been going to Kelly for a little over 2 years. I have a very tender head and need someone that can work with long hair that tangles easily. Kelly found a brush that does not pull the hair when brushing out the tangles. I bought one and love it. Kelly gave me highlights and she was very gentle.

Kelly took extra care to communicate with my mother-in-law, who is quite hard of hearing. She was very solicitous of her comfort and safety every step of the way, and she did a great job with her perm and hair style! We wanted a perm which could be "wash and wear" if need be, and that's exactly what it is.
